    Curious Minds have asked...

My books are written in a Crossover Genre.

They are Dark Paranormal Romance with a Fantasy Sci-fi Backdrop, moving at an Action-Adventure pace.

Dark means that someone will die an unnatural death. Paranoraml means there will be shapeshifters, place shifters, possibly Vampires and werewolves and so on. Fantasy means there will be Fairies, Fae, Witches...possibly dragons.

By the way... have you seen my fairies? Hiro is a fairie. Zan is a fairie.... The race of The Nimm are all fairies... that means Lord Fallon is s fairie. They are not the little winged creatures we thought them to be.

Sci-fi means there could be space travel and Hi-tech. There is definitely some Hi-tech... and the Varda can travel worlds by Place Shifting.

Romance and Action-Adventure are self explanitory.

I could never find enough to read on the culture of the Fae and I was always intrigued by the strange. Much of what I did read, I disagreed with. For some reason I just knew that there was more to them and to their story and little by little the Chronicle was born.

    Q & A

Will you be writting other series  besides EarthBound and the OtherWorlds?

Yes. But it will be short lived. If you remember Vichon... we met him in book one. He is Aidan's brother and was biten by Sasha so he has skills other than just those of the bloodline of the Varda. In book two, we watched as he lost the woman he loved. This promted a horrible rage and sent him on an impossible mission. I will be writing his adventures... or I should say their adventures because Zan is with him. Not a good mix but Zan is... well... Zan.

But once he has achieved his goal, this series will end. Don't look for it anytime soon. I'm looking at late 2017.

Do they need to be read in order?

It helps. The first three books are the OtherWorld Series and takes place mainly on the OtherWorlds between Beddia and Renaj. However there was a few detours to earth in book one and three. The Adventure at MoonFlower Rock begins the EarthBound series. If you are a purist you will begin at the beginning. If you want  to stay EarthBound, you can begin at book four. But keep in mind... book three is a crossover episode. The first half takes place on the OtherWorlds and the last half takes place on earth.

Right now I have twenty episodes outlined. SPOILER ALERT... In book ten, we hit a startling revelation that changes everything.

With that being said, I have had several requests for a story on what happens with Jazadeem and Kei-rei... also Kane and Leeanan. I might do a few mini novellas to follow through on some of my readers favorite characters and satisfy some curiosity. OR... I am hoping to add a section on deleted and uncensored scenes. I just might just post them there. We will see. I'm open to suggestion. I want this website to be a fun place to visit.

How many books do you have planned for this series?
    How do they all connect?

The Chronicle is the story of a family known as The Varda. They have an extraordinary bloodline. Everything that happens in all of the books relate to decisions they made and actions they took. The books are about character and struggle, family, friendship and loyalty. But what would an adventure be without the bad guys. It is also about treachery and intrigue, revenge and obsession and deadly enemies... and of course the romance. It is always about the romance.

I love the way you write men. What examples of men did you have around you growing up?

This will be in my 'About' section. My father was 54 when I was born. He retired from CIA 'Blackhole Operations' when I was six. But he didn't fully retire. He became a Manhunter... one of the first 'Profilers". He was really good at locating people that had dropped off the grid and had an outstanding team to help him with this. I grew up around dangerous men in dangerous situations and they were all packing. Growing up I always thought that strapping on a firearm was just the way people got dressed in the morning. Being so little I always had to look up to them and they were all cocky and intrepid. Dark and dangerous was a mainstay in my life. I never really knew what 'normal' was until after he had passed away.

I grew up on stories of twisted minds, trechery and intrigue. Micheal Weston sounds just like my dad. Thank you Daddy.

Do you believe in things paranormal? Have you ever had a paranormal experience?

    Yes... and yes.

How did you come up with the idea to bring the idea of this kind of world to life?

I just never believed the stories about Fae and Fairies. I believed that they existed but not the WAY people said they existed. There was really very little writtten about them and my imagination took over.

Why did you choose this genre?

Probably because I was just attractd to the strange and I am sick to death of vampires and big dogs that call themselves werewolves. Don't get me wrong... I loved Gary Oldman as Dracula and some really cool things have been writen in this genre like 'Queen of the Damned'. And the word werewolf should strike fear and the only werewolf that sort of scared me were the ones from UnderWorld... but those creatures were Umbra... The Garou... not really weres. It has just reached the point of overkill. Also, Even though I love Ironman and Thor and Hulk and the Avengers and Sheild... I think that they have had the monopoly on super hero's for far too long. I wanted something new, something unique. A new culture, new ideas, new traditions, new stories.

How do you choose a setting for your books?

It just comes with the story. I wanted to create a world that would allow me some diversity. With the Wyrdings and the In-Betweens and the OtherWorlds and the mission that Vichon has embarked on I can stay Earthbound or travel to the OtherWorlds. And as it is said, there is a time for every season... so in some episodes I can do fairly graphic sex and violence and in other episodes... not so much. I can do just adventure or create new technologies and ways of doing things and make up traditions and have fun doing it. If you love your story and your characters you need to allow them to grow as 'humans'. No pun intended.

Are you ever going to do the Eleven Levels of Ecstacy in totality?

This is from my OtherWorld Series. I get more email asking this question than any other. My answer is... Eventually. But it will be written by "The Witches of Sindra". As you know, they are the ones that teach this bloodline "The Bonding Ways". It should be a lot of fun. I can't wait to write it but I must.

There are still so many stories coming up and I am trying to get better about scheduleing.

Are any of your books in paperback or all they all eBooks?

I'm working on it. I don't have a lot of faith in the publishing industry. Look at all the great writers they have turned down. Many writers that are now with publishing companies started out as self-published authors. If you have a story or something you want to say you should not have to get permission or validation from a nebulous company of nameless people. If it is in you and you love it... just do it.

So the answer to your question is... for now I am just on e-book.
